Being in an accident is never a pleasant experience but ALL the staff at Century Auto Body helped to change that. I came prepared for a long wait with a book for my appointment for the estimate. But Dave was ready as soon as I walked in with my paperwork, we discussed the details of the damage, he took pictures and said he'd email an estimate within an hour. I was out in 5 minutes. True to his word, he emailed the estimate, scheduled the appointment for the repair within the week and even made the reservation for the rental car that he said I could pick up at Century. On the day of the repair Vince was again ready with my paperwork which was done immediately upon my arrival. Because it was the day after Labor Day, Enterprise was delayed with delivering my rental so Mike from Century drove me to Enterprise, stayed with me to ensure they had the right claim #, checked out the rental for dents, etc. and made sure I adjusted the seat, mirrors and fastened my seat belt before leaving! The repair was completed before the estimated time and done perfectly! The staff was not only competent and efficient, but they went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Century Auto Body.
These people rock. Easy to work with and don't over talk with car repair lingo. Really a cut above the norm. You will deal with one of the owners who take a true interest in your situation.

I’ve never written a google review but we’re so thankful of Ken from Century. Our check engine light came on and felt the car drove differently couple hours into our way from Philly area to Outerbanks, NC for vacation. We just too our car to dealerships for service and inspection in preparation for the long road trip. It was a rainy Sunday, we had 4 kids and was not looking forward to being stranded overnight with a broken down car. Luckily we found Ken’s shop on google, he was opened on Sunday and was < 5 minutes away. Ken quickly diagnosed the problem, explained and showed us the issues, drove to get the parts needed and got us back on the road safely within 2 hours. We highly recommend Ken, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable pricing (especially for Sunday emergency) Thank you Ken! We made it to and back home from vacation safely.

Century Auto Body fixed my car perfectly and were much faster than than the two other body shops I spoke with. They were very communicative and kept me in the loop throughout. They are pleasant and very experienced. I feel lucky that I went with them and not another body shop. They delivered on the timeline despite all the “supply chain” issues that all businesses deal with. This was actually the third time I’ve used them in the last 20 years and I’ve been very satisfied.

Excellent service and advice
These people are the best and kindest people in Bala. I went to them because due to my own negligence, my car sustained a moderate scratch to the side. I called, they answered, and they saw me all within 10 minutes. When I arrived, they came out, gave me an honest assessment that made me feel heard and then went on ahead to match my paint, buff my car, AND give me an honest quote and a procedure for moving forward with options. These people genuinely want to HELP. They aren't out to upcharge you until you run dry, they want to see cars and car owners happy. This is a RARE quality in not only the car industry, but also the customer service industry in general. These guys quoted me, buffed my car and made her look nice and patched up for more than a reasonable expense. If you want to feel taken care of, not throw money out your window, and just have reliable service and neighborhood friendliness, then this is the place to take your car. 15/5 stars. Seriously, any person there is great and Mike did a great job making my lady feel pretty again. THANK YOU.

Century Auto Body is the best! The entire team (Vince, Andy, Mike) are very friendly and kind. The repair work done is very professional and amazing. My car is cleaned very well after the repair. I highly recommend century auto body! I came in with some rust spots on my roof and they were so helpful and explained what was happening and my options and even touched up the paint for free! A great small business with real kind people!
Had a great experience here. my car had scrapes and turns out mostly paint from a scrape on the garage door frame. Was referred by my garage down the street and Andy did a wonderful job cleaning off the paint and had a co-worker wax the doors. He said to return when needed with touch-up paint from the dealer for one or two spots. Looks great. very pleased. definitely would recommend
Century Auto took care of my vehicle when someone recently hit my car. From the beginning to the end of the whole process, the Century Auto Body team was precise, worked quickly, and the end result looks fantastic. Vince and his team communicated where my car was in the process, helped set up a rental (which is a block away) and took care of me like family. They took the time to explain the repair process to me and they did an incredible job repairing my car. The work that they did was top-notch, and my car looks showroom fresh!! Absolutely fantastic service. I recently moved to Bala Cynwyd area and have been looking to find service that treats me fairly and looks out for my best interest. Although they don't typically work on the car issue I had, they were incredibly patient and accommodating with me. I would imagine they would do the same for autobody work. I will be getting their opinion on other fixes I need done first, even before I seek out autoshops in the area. Definitely recommend.
This is a thoroughly professional, honest, and friendly company. They do truly excellent work. They had to replace 2 doors, fix the back bumper etc. and now everything looks just like new.
I had gotten scratches on the front of my car repaired for free! They helped me every step of the way because this was the first time I had to fix anything on my car. My father had also had repairs done here on his car and he had a super wonderful time working with them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help getting to know how repairs work and getting things done on time.
I got to Century Auto Body at 4pm on a Friday for help with my front bumper that had gotten detached. Andy helped me out and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Above and beyond service! Andy patiently explained the car issues and gave me real good advice on maintenance. As someone who is always worried about being ripped off when it comes to auto stuff, I felt very relieved after my interaction with Andy. Took my 21 trailblazer in for some damage to rear, it came out beyond my expectations. We were kept in constant contact with the progress of car and they made arrangements for us to pick it up after hours. This is a quality place with real folks who care abo ut you and they helped me with my slightly dented bumper with "yellow paint "when it came in contact with a yellow cement pole. Met with Andy who was kind and caring and fixed my problem. Couldn't be more happy will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing service and great work! We came across Century Auto body a few year's ago and have taken our vehicles to them since. We will not go anywhere else for our body work. Vince and his team are professional, knowledgeable and great people. Pricing is definitely fair. We recently had someone hit our 2020 Nissan 370Z while parked. Not an easy car to repair. Vince and his team did an amazing job with the repairs, could not tell anywhere that the car was damaged. It has custom paint as well and they matched it perfectly, the car was flawless. Yesterday, I had a small accident with my 2018 Honda Accord which dislodged part of my bumper and front end.I drove to Century fully expecting to leave my car there and have to rent another. Within minutes someone checked the damage, drove it into the repair area and within 45 minutes had the car back in shape. As I held up my credit card and asked what I owed, they said that there was no charge. I was blown away by their generosity, courtesy, and excellent work. I have used Century in the past when I had a Saab convertible and always found their workmanship to be excellent, their service and repair timely, and their professionalism A-1. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing fine workmanship on their repair and gracious service.

Century is far and away the best body shop in the Philadelphia area. Their work is absolutely top notch. They took my vehicle with severe front end damage and made look brand new. Additionally, the staff is friendly, considerate, professional and prompt. Andy, Vince and Mike are all great guys. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. Additionally, I recently took my car by the shop to take care of a dent in the fender. I though this dent could run upwards of $1,000.00, however, Andy and Vin took care of me, worked with me on pricing so the job was within my budget and it looks good as new. Great customer service and great work.
Andy & Vince are amazing! I had a few minor scratches on my paint job. They were able to touch up the scratches quickly & professionally. I am really pleased with what they were able to do. I hope to never need collision service, but if I do I will bring my car to them! I really appreciate what they were able to do to keep my resale value high!

Update: Vince exceeded my expectations. He quickly got back to me and arranged to change the frame around my tire. He was friendly and even offered to take me to a nearby coffee shop while the work was being done. In just about 20 minutes, he had everything finished and came back to pick me up. Customer service is extremely important when you have a business, and Vince really went out of his way to turn what could have been a frustrating experience into a much better one. I would definitely use this shop again. I had a disappointing experience at this shop. I was referred here by a friend, but unfortunately, the manager, Andy, was very rude. Customer service is crucial, and after leaving a message for the owner, I never received a follow-up. The work itself was decent, but the frame around the tire was uneven, with one side spaced further out than the other. However, when I picked up my vehicle, Vince was friendly and easygoing. I mentioned the frame issue, and he offered to follow up with the insurance company. Despite this, first impressions are everything, and due to the poor service I received initially.
